Description: | Deep amber pour with a tight, thin tan head. The nose is bright and hoppy. Lots of pine and a little bit of light pineapple and citrus with a very spicy malt base. Peppery alcohol but the hops accentuate this without it becoming boozy. Bright mixture of hops, lightly peppery malt and alcohol. There is a little bit of light cherry fruitiness as it warms up. Surprisingly elegant brew. 11.4% abv | |
