| Description: | Holy Candy is a beautiful version of a dark fruit flavored, yeast spicy Belgian Dubbel which Wiseacre harmoniously added fig puree as a substitute to Belgian Candy sugar which is often added traditionally. The fruit sugars from the fig puree have the opposite effect one might think by creating a perceived sweetness at the opening, but ultimately creating a dry beer that blends together perfectly with the dark fruit flavors already existent in this style.
