| Description: | Single hazy with Citra Cryo, Strata and Idaho 7. This beer is sweet and fresh and reads really dense for a single hazy. It has a full body and a thick, luscious mouthfeel. Just like the twins, Castor and Pollux, this beer is double faceted. It’s deep yet crushable. It’s sweet yet dank. It has notes of lemon peel but also lots of juicy pineapple. We get sugared lemon hard candy, fresh squeezed mango pineapple juice. The hops are biting at the finish with a touch of sharp resin and there is a lingering saccharine. 6% ABV | |
