⌂ > Live Oak Gose

Brewed in line with some more historically traditonal German Gose and Lichtenhainer beers, this beer uses smoked pils malt, which give the beer a mildly smoky umami quality in addition to the tart salinity found in Gose beers.    The nose has salted lime, oats, smoke and a very mild lemon tartness.  Very complex underneath intial tart notes with hints of salt, lime, orange, honey and smoke.  Dry crisp finish with a bit of smoke lingering
