⌂ > NOLA Wild Gose

A collaboration with Wild Goose canning, who makes the canning lines for dozens and dozens of American brewers, this Gose is fermented with apricot and plum.  Pours a cloudy pinkish gold.  Aroma is mild white grape, honey, sea salt and unripe plum.   INitially quite tart but the sour notes fade quickly into dried apricot and plum skin flavor with a bit of salt lingering.
