Description: | Because double barrel aged is twice as nice! The Commemorative ale bears aromas of sweet caramel, juicy red berries and dark cherry along with a distinct vanilla undertone that carries through to the flavor of this brew due to some intense barrel aging. Alongside notes of vanilla the flavor is vinous with notes of currant, blackberries and a subtle tartness that is reminiscent of the pinot barrels it was aged in. Very complex and well layered inflavour... Really, really good folks! 10% ABV | |
