Description: | This wet hop ale is named after Shem, the son of Noah in biblical history. He was a brewer who utilized the grains that were available at the time. This was brewed with traditional barley as well as seven ancient grains; amaranth, kamut, buckwheat, spelt, quinoa, millet, and teff. These ingredients build a toasty, grainy, cereal like profile. Hopped up with Centennial hops taken right off the vine to add citrus and pine flavors. The results are a pale ale with flavors of natural grains and fresh hops. 6.2% ABV | |
