| Description: | This beer takes Buffalo Bayous well praised Buffalo Sunset a step further adding a dose of cinnamon and quite a bit less hops. Pours pitch black with a garnet red tinge when held to light. Aromatics are very pleasently cinnamon forward with underlying notes of roasted espresso,fresh cream, pine, coffee cherries and a slight burnt toast lingering. The flavor is extremely complex yet composed. Letting the beer warm will reveal brown sugar, lemon zest and earthy hop tones under the large coffee and cinnamon notes. 9.2% ABV | |
