| Description: | Brewed with a hop bill meant to provide a nice tropical fruit flavor, this IPA pours a radiant-amber, with a cloud white head. Plenty of tropical fruit comes through in the nose, with some more subtle grapefruit and apricot notes in the background. The palate is fairly balanced with hop flavors similar to its aromas, and a light caramel-like malt backbone. The body is lighter than many of the style, and with a 5.2% abv, this beer is very sessionable. A dry resiny finish makes for a refreshing brew from top to bottom. | |
