| Description: | We all know IPAs are numerous and plentiful in the brewery world, so they thought that Blah Blah Blah was a suitable name. Look at it as poking fun at the sheer volume of sub-styles of IPAs. But their version can stand alone. An India Red Ale, which is a bit darker and has a rich, dark character accompanied by all of the noteworthy elements associated with hoppy bitterness, flavor, and aroma. The nutty and sweet character of Baird Crystal 70 malt gives this beer a red hue and the addition of biscuit and dark Munich malts grant the brew a delicate toastiness. The bitterness is assertive, but balanced by a subtle sweetness. 7.75 ABV | |
