Description: | Napoleon fondly referred the Berliner Weisse style as the Champagne of the North. The Bayrischer Bahnhof interpretation is a slightly softer, more mellow version of the Berliner Weisse style with a beautiful balance of tartness, fruitness, and sweetness. Straw color with some haze, big dense head and insistent sparkle when poured correctly. Sweet and sour notes with a hint of raspberries. Mellow character with raspberry and citrus flavors with lactic tartness in the background. 3.1% Finish: Dry, crisp, and tart. | |
