| Description: | To honor Poland Ghost River has recreated a traditional Polish style known as Grodziskie, or Gratzer. This oak smoked wheat beer features a lighter body that helps the softer smoke profile of the oak not get lost behind heavier malt flavors. There is a slight tartness in the finish that makes this beer a very refreshing beverage for the warmer months in Memphis. For a little extra Memphis love, they teamed up with Central BBQ to help break in their newest smoker by smoking a portion of the wheat for this brew in house.
