| Description: | As if To Ol's massive imperial milk stout weren't huge enough, this extrememly rare version has been aged in sherry and cognac casks. The time aging has added several layers of complexity to this humongous beer. The nose is nearly tangible and leden with grappa, sherry, oak, vanilla, espresso and toasted oats. The intial taste has sharp liquor notes of grape, cherry and deep red wine. It reveals it's original form as it lingers on the palate, full of sweet lactose sugar, coffee and roasted malt.
