| Description: | On July 4, 2013, Brad, Ian, Shawn, and Theron took advantage of all having the same day off to brew the brewerys first batch of beer- Shamus Stout. IN a happy accident, the new equipment worked better than we thought and the beer came out a lot stronger than they expected. Anniversary stout is a recreation of the first batch. Dark, rich coffee color with aroma and flavors of alcohol soaked espresso beans covered in dark chocolate and roasted grains. This version is aged with vanilla bean in a Hungarian Oak barrel.
