| Description: | Virtue Ciders, brainchild of former Goose Island Brewmaster Gregory Hall, is headquartered out of Fennville, MI and uses classic old world cideries like Domaine Dupont as a template for their new cidery. This ciders sharp tart flavor is evident immediately in the nose. Aromas of green apple, sour peach and oak. The flavor follows the same lines, bracingly tart with sweet apple and a slight cinnamon and vanilla thread lingering underneath. The finish is dry and slightly funky despite the sweet flavor.
