| Description: | B.H.M. stands for Bohemian Hefe Maisen. Its a lager brewed to be a Bohemian Pils but with a twist. They added corn to the mash as well as used their Hefeweisen yeast strain when fermenting. It pours pale straw in color with a thin white head that disappears quickly. This light bodied brew has the typical banana and slight clove aromas and flavors that you would expect in a hefeweisen but finishes crisp and clean with a slight sweetness thanks to the corn. Very refreshing summer brew. |
