| Description: | This is a three part collaboration between JK, Crooked Stave out of Denver, and Brasseire Trois Dames out of Switzerland. They all used the same recipe, brewed it at their breweries, then refermented the brews in sherry barrels. Hazy amber in color with a medium body. The aromas are of tart grape, burnt sugar, and earthiness. The flavor adds wine notes, oak, spice, and a slight tartness. Enjoy. 6.4% ABV | |
