Brooklyn teamed up with GrowNYC's Greenmarket to source grain for this brew. 70 percent of the grains used in their mash is from Lakeview Organic Farms and the hops used are grown on a family farm outside of Syracuse owned by Brooklyn's Technical Director Mary Wiles. | |
