| Description: | This special project is in collaboration with Kansas City's very own Chef Josh Eans, took Late Harvest Saison and barrel aged it in Tennessee whiskey barrels. They then aged it on The Big O Ginger Liquor. The end result is a brew very comparable to a Horse Feather cocktail. Hazy orange in color, bubbly light carbonation and ginger flavored whiskey all make up this unique beer. 6.3% ABV | |
