| Description: | This rotating series of Double IPAs uses an ever changing lineup of hops. This version uses the relatively new Equinox hop which boasts a tropical and pepper flavor spectrum. The aromatics are mild given the beers large hop bill. notes of mango and pine are at the forefront. The flavor is anything but mild, huge notes of papaya, mango, bell pepper and green peppercorns mix with resinous pine notes. Full bodied and punishingly bitter on the finish. | |
