| Description: | Do you remember how much you looked forward to the release of Devil's Backbone each year in the spring? We do. It was marked on our calendar. Things have changed in such a short amount of time......this Belgian-style trippel was aged in American Oak for two years with Brettanomyces and a third of it was innoculated with lacto and aged another 6 months. A creamy body holds inside wine oak notes, small bursts of citrus and it is fairly dry for a Belgian-style strong ale. There are some yeast notes that we can't quite figure out but that is the fun part. 9% $$$ | |
