| Description: | This saison pours a golden color with head that fades down. There is Belgian yeast up front, imparting some nice floral, fruity, and spicy notes. Lots going on with the spices and fruitiness. The taste follows the nose, starting off with the fruitiness and spicy notes, followed by a good amount of citrus and floral hoppy notes. Finishes with a light, pleasant bitterness and more of the yeasty notes. This brew is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. | |
