| Description: | A session IPA brewed with Azzaca, and Sorachi Ace hops. Pours a light, clear gold, with a delicate, cloud-white head. Fresh aromas of citrus zest are balanced by sweet undertones of wildflower honey. The palate is hop-forward with notes of pine, tart-guanabana, and tangelo rind. As the beer warms, a nectarous malt backbone becomes noticeable, but the finish is dry, with a lingering hop resin coating the tongue. 4.9% abv and quite quaffable. | |
