Pouring black as night with a nice light khaki head, you are immediately hit by strong oak and dried pecan flavors as you sip. Nice carbonation helps lighten the mouth feel while giving it a creaminess that lingers throughout. Roasted malts add some light espresso and milk chocolate as the beer finishes slightly drier than the nose and first sip would lead to believe.
