| Description: | Prairie Bomb is an Imperial Stout that has been aged on coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla beans and chili peppers. This version adds tart cherries to the mix. Pours a deep black with a nice thick, tan head. The smell mimics the taste of bitter chocolate and coffee at the beginning with a nice vanilla bean and a hint of chili pepper finish. Smooth and very enjoyable. 14% abv | |
