| Description: | This beer is Jester King's play on the increasingly popular Gose style. This farmhouse ale was brewed using alderwood smoked sea salt and oyster mushrooms farmed from Jester King's neighbor Logro Farms. Gose like aromas of lemon zest, mild farmhouse yeast and saline. The initial taste is sharply tart followed by a pronounced salt flavor and a lingering smokiness. Effervescent on the finish leaving a clean but slightly salty finish. | |
