Description: | This beer pours a deep mahogany with a toasty and bready nose. There is a nicely strong malty backbone with notes of caramel and toasted nut. The body is slightly lighter than a typical American brown, which adds to its sessionability. As the beer warms slightly, the nutty malt characteristics become more pronounced and aromatic. This beer finishes with that strong malt and just the slightest subtle hop at the back of the mouth for balance. This is beautifully drinkable. 5.1% | |
