Description: | Deep Ellum/Oak Cliff Coffee Ale started out as an idea to build a beer specifically to compliment an addition of locally roasted coffee. The Brewers reached out to Shannon at Oak Cliff Coffee and went and sampled some of their cold brew, paired with DEBCs brown ale. One coffee, in particular, played really nicely with the beer. It is called Carmen and it is a naturally processed coffee bean from a farm in Panama. Aromas of coffee, caramel, and chocolate notes transfer into the flavor which adds roasted tones to the mix. Finishes with a fresh coffee flavor. 7.5% ABV | |
