Tater Ridge is a nod to their areas Scottish Highland history and hopefully this ale, accentuated by sweet potatoes will be the first of many more to come. Mahogany in color with a medium body. Aromas of sweet potato, herbal notes, and caramel that flow into the flavor which adds brown sugar and earthiness. The finish is slight warming alcohol. 7% ABV | |
