| Description: | Pours deep brown with a finger and a half beige head. A thin cap remains that deposits a fair bit of lace. Smells of chili, cocoa, sugar and a mild almost cinnamon character. Taste follows the nose with a good deal of pepper, cake-like chocolate, caramel, cinnamon and molasses. There is a nice heat from the peppers but it retains their flavor as well. Very flavorful with almost no trace of alcohol. Creamy, medium body with decent bite of carbonation. Finishes with moderate chili heat, cocoa powder and sweet malt.8.6% | |
