With a nod towards tradition and a substantial dryhop they've created Real Ale White. True to its roots, White is brewed with unmalted wheat, orange peel and coriander, and fermented with their house Belgian yeast strain. But with a dryhop level that matches Lost Gold IPA, the aroma of this White more closely resembles that of its American peers than its Belgian ancestors.
