| Description: | Inspired by the Nordic tradition, this stout has a beautiful onyx color. 15 kg of oysters per 500 liters were added to the boil, shell and all. The nose has lovely toasty and slightly savory aroma which leads into hints of minerals and dates from the oyster shell along with coffee and highly roasted grains.
