| Description: | : A collaboration between Perennial & Prairie. Their beer was brewed with Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra hops. Secondary fermentation created big tropical juices that are followed by a dry, funky finish. It's pours a golden orange/light copper color. The aroma brings out some cereal and bready malts, mixed berries, floral notes and slight bubblegum. The flavor is floral hops, sweet fruits and some faint barnyard notes. Medium bodied with nice carbonation. Finishes with a hint of grass and is dry. ABV: 7% | |
