Aroma is a big piney/grassy smell quickly followed by a sweet tropical fruits and citrus. Taste is the sweet yuzu up front with an intense grassy/herbal bitterness in the middle that envelops the tongue. The bitterness intensifies on the tongue and combines with the funky brett taste at the end. 6% abv | |
