| Description: | Brewed in tribute to the late Gordon Knight, the brewers had some fun with this cask. G Knight is dry hopped in the fermenter prior to filtration with Amarillo, giving it that distinctive dank, tangerine hoppy aroma and flavor. They then racked the beer into the firkin from the fermenter after this first dry hopping then conditioned in the firkin alongside a second dry hopping. This cask dry hopping was four times the usual amount and was done with four different hops, Amarillo, Columbus, Cascade and Nugget.
