Description: | Prairie Bible Belt is an Imperial Stout variation of Prairie Bomb! that has been aged on coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla beans and chili peppers.......with extra cocoa nibs. Pours a deep black with a nice thick, tan head. The smell mimics the taste of massive amounts of bitter chocolate and roast at the beginning with a nice vanilla bean and a hint of chili pepper finish that builds as it warms up. Smooth and very enjoyable. Bible Belt was a collaboration brew with Jeppe from Evil Twin. 14% abv | |
