New Belgiums affinity for sour beers led to the in-process blending of lactobacillus to pucker up Snapshots base. On the nose, there are aromas of citrus hops, coriander, and grains of paradise. On the palate, this beer starts sweet, but moves into a mild tangy sourness that finishes clean. 5% abv. | |
