Description: | Dark Hops is a stout that's as hoppy as an India Pale ale, but with distinctive bitterness and a dry finish. An India Black Ale. Aromas and flavors showcase candied pineapple, pine, floral tones, and dark chocolate. It finishes with orange peel and roasted grains. It is brewed with Maris Otter Malt, smoked malt, British specialty malts and sugar cane. The taste and aroma are dominated by the Zeus hops, which are used in the boil, along with Czech Saaz hops, and also alone for dry-hopping. 8.5% ABV | |
