Description: | Batch 9 is the first batch in which use is made of Malbecwijnvaten from Cahors. This Quad is characterized by very high tannin from the Pinot Noir grape which the darkest, most tannic wine grape. Because this grape is very sensitive, however they have little more grown but has its own character. Our quadruple this wine casks to mature taste associations come from this wine in the back bearing beer. Because the bearings from the beer barrels already so rich in flavor, we have for this batch is the percentage of new oak reduced to 14%. This makes the wood flavor and aromas coming from wood but is slightly less beautiful bouquet of the wine Malbecwijn all the better. 10% abv | |
