Karbach with the help of a local Houston home brewer came up with a Belgian style tripel. This triple pours a cloudy golden color with a nice tight white head to top the glass. The aroma is pepper and spice, the body is silky smooth and light flavors of banana, clove and orange peel. The finish is strong and zippy with the 9 percent ABV. | |
