| Description: | This is a casked version with a brewer's handful of Chinook hops added. It is a full bodied pale ale. With somewhat of a citrus yeast aroma of predominately orange, this American Pale Ale has a wonderful mouthfeel with a mild hop character that doesn't overpower as much as the nose leads you to believe, but rather tastes sweeter. The malt characteristics are barely present as should be with good American Pale Ales. This beer finishes quickly and is great for a nice session. 5.5% ABV | |
