| Description: | Bigger and Stronger than its evolutionary cousin, the Monkeynaut, Straight to Ale Monkey’s Uncle pours copper with a sticky white head. A pungent hop resin is apparent in the nose, blended with orange and grapefruit. The initial flavors of this brew are citric hops and pine resin, but this quickly gives way to a big caramel malt backbone, giving the beer a full and chewy mouthfeel.
