| Description: | Pours modestly dark brown with a large tan head. The aroma has light cocoa, non-bitter roast, spicy hops and has lots of balance. It isn't sweet, but doesn't have the bone dry aspect, kinda sits in the middle. Fairly light body with a smooth aspect and the carbonation is quite soft. It starts off with a smooth roastiness, spicy Hallertauer hops, cocoa and dryish dark caramel. The finish has a hint of figs and a touch of minerals. | |
