| Description: | This IPA is 100% fermented with Brettanomyces. While it's still young, the beer tastes just like a fresh pale ale, but after 3 months or so, the funky flavors of Brett begin to take hold. Better at preserving hop character than traditional brewers yeast, the Brett in this beer allows the tropical fruit flavors of the hops to remain in the forefront, while the funky, barnyard character of the yeast cause the flavor profile to evolve and become more complex over time. Equally enjoyable young or after allowing to age and evolve into a unique and unusual beer. 5.8% ABV | |
