| Description: | Pours quite clear and leaves abundant lace. Very English aroma with juicy malt and quality crystal malt aroma dominating. Underlying this are subtle UK hop aromas of citrus rind, mainly lime. Relatively bitter with big malt flavors. Sticky toffee and spicy/citrus hops flavors mingle nicely. Mellow by US standards but a quality ale none the less. ABV% 5.5 | |
