| Description: | Fresh pressed apples blended with True Source Honey then barrel aged in Jim Beam Barrels for 6 months. Deep golden color with a light carbonation as it is poured. Raw honey aromas with a sharp apple crispness on top. Light vanilla notes and a little in the way of oak or bourbon. Sweet honey almost cloying in the flavor with hints of apple and a light bit of alcohol. Thick body with a sweet sticky almost syrupy mouthfeel. Honey and apple notes linger in the finish with a bit of oak. 16% ABV | |
