| Description: | this beer is brewed with one Hop, the Ahtanum Hop, name after the small town in Washington State where the first Hop Farms in the sate were planted. 75% of American Hops come from the Yakima Valley. This hops characteristics are the center focus of this IPA, presenting floral, herbal and of course spicey notes. It does have a bit of that quintessential grapefruit flavor as well. A mild bitterness in flavor but certainly one of the more aromatic IPA's. 5.7% ABV | |
