| Description: | This beer was brewed in celebration of the early settlers that had limited refrigeration and therefore needed to be very generous with the amounts of hops used in the brewing process. Cascade and Fuggle hops give this brew a very floral-like aroma along with grapefruit, and other citrus notes. As you take your first sip you will get a little caramel flavor from the malts but that quickly fades to the grapefruity citrus and spicy herbal flavors from the hops. 6% ABV | |
