Description: | Wet Hops (fresh hops) are hops that are picked off the vine and used in the brewing process before they are dried and packaged like normal. Cascade hops from Yakima, Washington were added to this ale giving it a grassy, vegetal, chlorophyll flavor that is reminiscent of fresh cut Greens. This beer showcases the very seasonal ingredient of fresh cut hops with a simple malt bill that lets the Cascade shine through. | |
