| Description: | Turbo Dog is a dark, nearly opaque, brown ale brewed with pale, chocolate, and Crystal malts, which give it a good body, fluffy tan head, and sweet toasted malt undertones to accent the subtle toffee, bittersweet chocolate, and roasty characteristics. The addition of Cascade hops to this cask gives a pleasurable balance to the malt character without making the beer bitter or dry. At 5.6% and quite dark, this beer comes off a little stronger than it truly is. A Turbo Dog's bark is worse than its bite! | |
